•Company logo included alongside the Magickal Minds Metaphysical Fair logo (see example below). This logo is included on the home page of the MMMF website.

•Company Name, Logo, Links, and a detailed description located under the “Platinum” sponsorship category on MMMF website. This will become effective on the day the Sponsor makes their donation at this sponsorship level.

•Social Media Posts: Company will be mentioned in a “sponsored by” post on all MMMF Social Media Accounts (3) times leading up to the event, including the day of the event.

•Naming Rights: The company will have rights to naming (1) specific event element (Example: Workshop located in the “Company Name” room).

•Dedicated individual 16x20 poster prominently displayed at the entrance of the venue, as well as Included on 16x20 posters prominently displayed throughout the venue.

•Two tables at the event, along with the ability to choose your table placement (first platinum to donate gets first pick).

•Logo printed on the first 1000 promotional flyers, set to be released during September.

Platinum Sponsorship B

•Social Media Posts: Company will be mentioned in a “sponsored by” post on all MMMF Social Media Accounts (2) times leading up to the event.

•Included on 16x20 posters prominently displayed throughout the venue.

•Two tables at the event, along with the ability to choose your table placement after Platinum Sponsor. Table placement will be determined based on the order of when you became a gold sponsor, starting with the earliest date first.

Silver Sponsorship

(1 remaining at this level)

$500.00

•Company Name & Logo located under the “Silver” sponsorship category on MMMF website. This will become effective on the day the Sponsor makes their donation at this sponsorship level.

•Social Media Posts: Company will be mentioned in a “sponsored by” post on all MMMF Social Media Accounts (1) time leading up to the event.

•Included on 16x20 posters prominently displayed throughout the venue.

•One table at the event, along with the ability to choose your table placement after Gold sponsor. Table placement will be determined based on the order of when you became a silver sponsor, starting with the earliest date first.

Bronze Sponsorship

(Several available at this level)

Any amount greater than $250 and up to $499.

•Company Name located under the “Bronze” sponsorship category on MMMF website. This will become effective on the day the Sponsor makes their donation at this sponsorship level.

•One table at the event will be provided. You will be asked for your table preference after all higher sponsorship levels have selected theirs. Table placement will be determined based on the order of when you became a bronze sponsor, starting with the earliest date first.

The benefits for this sponsorship category will vary based on the value of the contributions made. For instance, depending on the worth of the donated items or services, some sponsors may be featured in a list, while others may have their logos displayed or links provided.
