If you’re interested in sharing your gifts and participating in this magickal event, please follow the steps outlined below to apply as a vendor.

Fee: $100/for 8-hour event (Includes One Table)
Electric & Extra Tables: Vendors work directly with the MCC to obtain electric & extra tables for this event. Cost of electric and extra tables are NOT included in the vendor fee. To download the "Service Order Form," click the button below.
Step 1:
Review the Vendor Terms & Conditions
Before applying, please familiarize yourself with our vendor terms and conditions. This will ensure that your offerings align with the spirit of the Magickal Minds Metaphysical Fair.
Step 2:
Complete the Application & Contract Form
Fill out the vendor application & contract form linked below. Be sure to provide all necessary information about your business, offerings, and any specific needs you may have for your booth or space.
Step 3:
Wait for Approval
After completing the contract and application form, please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to review and approve your application. Depending on the type of vendor you are, as well as the fair's location, you may be required to submit additional documentation. This helps us ensure compliance with local regulations and guarantees a safe environment for all attendees. We appreciate your patience during this process and will notify you as soon as a decision has been made. Thank you for your understanding!
Step 4:
Pay the Vendor Fee
Once your application has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to submit your vendor fee. Please note that the fee must be paid in full to secure your spot at the fair. Remember, vendor fees are non-refundable.
Step 5:
Vendor's Only Facebook Group
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive invitation to a private Facebook Group for Vendors Only. This group provides additional information regarding event logistics, including setup times, space assignments, and marketing opportunities. Use this group as a resource to prepare you for success at our event. If you do not have a Facebook account, we are happy to provide these resources via email upon request. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we will ensure you receive the information you need!
