We are thrilled to have you consider becoming a workshop facilitator at our event, where knowledge, creativity, and community converge in a magickal atmosphere. This page will provide you with all the essential information you need to successfully facilitate a workshop.

Before you begin, please note that it is important for all workshop facilitators to also review the “Vendors” page. This page outlines the necessary steps to understand the terms and conditions, as well as the application process. Ensuring that you are familiar with both sections will help create a seamless experience for you and participants alike.

Available Workshop Times for 03-22-25 Event

Workshops will be scheduled throughout the day to allow participants to immerse themselves in various topics. The available time slots are as follows:

- 12:00pm (1 left for this time slot)

- 1:30pm (1 left for this time slot)

- 3:00pm (1 left for this time slot)

- 4:30pm (FULL)

- 6:00pm (FULL)

Each workshop will be allotted a 1.5 hour time frame, which includes 15 minutes of time for setup and 15 minutes of time for clearing.

Workshop Space

Workshops will be held in the "Gallery" of the Monroeville Convention Center - South Hall (Gallery 2 & Gallery 3). Each room in the gallery is arranged in a classroom style to facilitate interaction and engagement.

If you require a different setup, please make your request when we contact you after reviewing your application. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, we will make every effort to meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding!

Setup and Clearing

To ensure a smooth transition between workshops, facilitators are required to:

- Arrive 15 Minutes Early: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled workshop to set up your space and prepare any materials you may need.

- Clear 15 Minutes After: After your workshop concludes, you will have 15 minutes to gather your belongings and clear the area for the next facilitator.

Professional Guidelines and Protocols

As a workshop facilitator, we ask that you adhere to the following professional guidelines to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all participants:

1. Respectful Conduct: All facilitators are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, treating participants and fellow facilitators with kindness and respect.

2. Content Relevance: Ensure that your workshop content aligns with the themes of the Magickal Minds Metaphysical Fair and is suitable for the audience.

3. Engagement: Encourage participant interaction and create an inclusive atmosphere that welcomes questions and sharing.

4. Time Management: Be mindful of your time, ensuring that your workshop begins and ends as scheduled, allowing for participation in follow-up discussions or Q&A.

5. No High Pressure Sales: While sharing your knowledge, insights, and promoting your product and/or service is encouraged, please refrain from high-pressure sales tactics.

6. Terms & Conditions

Workshop facilitators are required to read and comply with all terms and conditions outlined here.

Workshop Cost (for attendees)

You have the option to offer your workshop free of charge or to set a fee for attendance. If you choose to charge for your workshop, you will be responsible for collecting payment on the day of the event.

As a workshop facilitator, you will also be responsible for marketing your workshop. While the Magickal Minds Metaphysical Fair will promote your workshop on the home page of our website and across our social media accounts, it is important that you actively continue to market your workshop and attract attendees. We encourage you to get creative with your promotional efforts—consider creating a Facebook event for your workshop to engage with potential participants and generate interest!
